Thank you for so meticulously checking it out and being proactive about contacting nanodrop--were there any signs of damage (other than error messages)? Since this is so important to your research, please do keep hounding them, or ask me to hound them. As for the phosphate solution, I'm glad you got it fixed (does that mean you used the spec down the hall to verify it?) & please do post those data. I was reading through your notes and am a little suspicious that you mixed up some uM with mM, so you may want to double-check that.
