February 19th

Goals

  • Run UV on supernatant of pelleted "nanoparticles"
  • Run UV on pellet from pelleted


Procedure

UV Vis run for supernatant

  • I ran the UV vis for the supernatant of the resuspeneded pellet that was spun down. The activity was about the same as it the pellet showed the other day.
      • it is important to note that Danny did not see much of a pellet after the spin today. It is likely that this activity is attributed to the fact that we didn't seperate nano from free HRP.
