2003年在北京航空航天大学本科毕业。2004年4月在指导老师张德远教授推荐下,考入日本东北大学纳米机械学系,师从MEMS领域的国际权威江刺正喜教授,主要从事微纳加工艺术和微纳传感器设计方面的研究。在MEMS领域高水平杂志《Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering》,《Applied Phyiscs Express》等发表高水平论文十余篇,其中5篇被SCI检索,2009年4月到20011年3月在日本学术振兴机构国家级大型研究项目ERATO前中人体传感融合项目从事博士后研究,作为传感器小组副组长,主要从事各种传感器和集成方案设计,智能材料成膜技术研究和微能源器件开发,短短三年时间申请7项日本发明专利。2011年3月份重新调入北京航空航天大学机械学院,从事生物加工、微细加工技术的研究。
