Research interests
I am interested in developing cancer therapeutics using protein engineering, in particular affinity maturation with yeast surface display developed by the Wittrup lab. I design and synthesize tumor-targeting antibodies. I am also interested in the mechanisms of cancer metastasis. My research involves the characterization of circulating tumor cells.
