Summary

  • EDTA solution
    • 2.5 mg EDTA in 10 mL PBS (0.05% EDTA)
    • 5.5 mg EDTA in 22 mL PBS
  • Dilute trypsin 5x
  • Cells were split to P28, 2x 24 wells for ELISA and 4x 10cm dishes for continuation
  • Immunofluorescence was looked at under microscope, it seemed quite fine
    • Cy3 signal of RII units was a bit faint, look into antibody or use different label
    • Use control were only secondary antibody is used!!
