  • Reviewed Bert's Aldefluor data in greater detail
    • The FSC/SSC plot is unexpectedly complex with multiple populations.
    • Of the two principal populations, which may correspond to different stages of differentiation, the lower SSC cells appear to have the greater fold induction of Aldefluor, and lower baseline ALDH activity

  • Reviewed Caitlin's 5-21 DHR data:
    • consistent with 5-20, induction of H2O2 apparent from anti-IgE stim and inhibitable by DTC, less by NAC
