Results

  1. Comparing of two different primer pairs: Tanaka (2014) and Matsumoto (2000)
  2. Good sequencing results of 2 samples. Sequensing primer - HCO2198
  3. In Tanaka (2014) all haplotypes had T, all other have C - that is due to HCO2198 imperfection

What Next

  1. Sequencing 2 samples with reverse primer
  2. Choosing the best seq primer for one direction seq
  3. Mass seq of 72 samples of black sea samples
