Research interests
- I am interested in answering genome-wide questions about eukaryotic replication using novel experimental techniques and statistics.
- More specifically I am interested in studying how specific DNA bound proteins segregate to the two daughter double-stranded DNA during S-phase.
- I am also interested in mapping pause-sites of replication in yeast genome.
