Tittu Thomas Nellimoottil

I am a member of both Oscar Aparicio Lab and Simon Tavaré Group at University of Southern California.

Education

  • 2007-present, PhD (Computational Biology), University of Southern California, Los Angeles
  • 2003-2007, Bachelor of Technology (Biotechnology), Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati

Research interests

  • I am interested in answering genome-wide questions about eukaryotic replication using novel experimental techniques and statistics.
  1. More specifically I am interested in studying how specific DNA bound proteins segregate to the two daughter double-stranded DNA during S-phase.
  2. I am also interested in mapping pause-sites of replication in yeast genome.
