Research interests

I work in the J. Swartz Biotechnology Lab at Stanford University: project BioHydrogen. This project develops oxygen resistant, efficient hydrogen gas producing hydrogenase enzymes that will ultimately be used in "green" solar panels and bio-reactors to produce sustainable, renewable hydrogen fuel. My research interests include:

  1. Renewable energy production through sustainable technology and systems
  2. Genetic engineering and optimization of proteins in industry
  3. Cell free synthesis of cancer treatments
