SCOC MP2

  • Since SCOC MP2 Plates 1-5 were plated a LONG time ago (early March-ish?), only trying/PCRing one plate to make sure dry DNA is still viable. If results from this plate (Plate 5) are clean, then use rest of pre-plated DNA, too!
