CNHY/TI

  • 9 markers have been uniplexed with pooled CNHY and CNTI to establish marker ranges
  • haphazard multiplex attempts have failed
  • multiplex that mutha! perhaps with only 4 markers per MP
  • Cvan markers (8 of them)
