General Prep Work

  • quanted (NanoDrop) CNTI samples
  • all fine, so return tissues to Reeder


  • plated 3 x 96 DNAs for SCOC MP1 multiplex mixing PCRs on Monday
  • allow to air dry (per HOGL procedures; eliminates volume-based ambiguity when pipetting small amounts)


  • noticed Acos2-R-pig, Acos3-R-pig and Acos5-R-pig were accidentally not ordered with pigtail.
