Proposal Stuff

  • proposal should be 10 pages, single-spaced
  • give background
  • clear explanation of goals and preliminary results
  • budget and timeline, with note that funding is already taken care of


SCOC MP1

Gel

(used pre-made gel from a month ago)



  • looks good!
Uniplexes (Scun3, Scun11, sar80) have clear bands (indicated with green text and arrows)
Multiplexes have multiple bands (though sar80 seems to be absent/low amplification)
  • Send to frag!
