PCR Timber Rattlesnakes

  • Rulon did a PCR on his Timber rattlesnake samples, using all his reagents (except for Taq)
    1. Rulon's dNTPs
    2. Rulon's 10x PCR Buffer
    3. Rulon's MgCl2
    4. Rulon's primer 2 and primer 10
