Scun22 PCR


  • My math was wrong for the PCR (correct volumes are shown above; volumes used are listed below)
    • 69µL transferred from Big MM to Mini MM
    • Buffer C & F 10.35
  • Consequences
    • ~5% excess of Buffers (differs between C and F since unequal volumes in Mini MMs)
    • ~5µL in A12
