Interstep timing is very confusing, and I need to figure out how to either delete it, or delete the RLP parts from it.

Every existing feedback module that calls this VI must be fiddled with to make sure 16 bit LSB and MSB are dealt with properly.

Steven J. Koch 21:19, 4 March 2009 (EST): I think I may have eliminated RLP parts from it. I renamed the subVI "Interstep Timing_mx" and I created another subVI which splits the 32 bit counter from DaqMX into the LSB and MSB, and then leaves rest of code unchanged. You still need to wire in a non-zero base address code in modules that used to be RLP
