Extracted 500ul of Pseudomonas inoculum left overnight into 5ml of nutrient broth for regeneration

Left the Pseudomonas inoculums in the incubator for 4 hours

Transferred 1000ul of Pseudomonas inoculums into vials

Centrifuged, washed and vortex 3 times with PBS and resuspended the pellet in 1000ul of PBS

Used the UV spectrometer to measure the inoculum sample to 0.05

Performed kinetics experiment on Pseudomonas, using 6.2ul of Zhou’s AMP

Extracted single colony from bacteria streak plates and transferred the single colony into 5ml of nutrient broth

Left the bacteria inoculums in the incubator overnight
