Hello. My name is Laina Magaya and am currently working in Dr Raul Cuero's lab and working on improving a biosensor that we initiated a few months ago. This year we have a different approach and focus and hopefully we will have good results.
Okay so I am spending this summer working with th Berkeley LBNL team.I have managed to isolate bacteriochlorophyll biosynthesis genes from H.mobilis using pHM6 and pET29b as a vector.
