wet column: 15.8121 g column w beads: 16.68550 g beads mass: We stopped 60 % because it was not flowing, even with pump. We ran 30 % beads and collected absorbance data with UV - Vis. We had 7 runs of MG and 8 runs of clean. We did UV Vis for 30 % until run 8. | |
