*0.51 g of PVOH (MW:89000-98000) was placed in to a beaker with 6 ml of phosphate buffer. It was placed in to a hot plate with temperature of 120C.(stir well to dissolve PVOH completely).

Add 0.5 g of PVOH with phosphate buffer(prepared at part A) in to the homogenizer and homogenize it for 1 minutes (slower speed was used to homogenize the mixture). Pour it in to a beaker and place it in to a freezer at -20C for 20 hours.then thaw for 4 hours. 3 freeze-thaw cycle is required.

Description
