Objective

Description

Part 1:Place the hydrogels synthesized on 30/01/2013 in to -20C

Part 2: Prepare Hydrogels with 0.5mM of R6G dye (for detailed method, see http://openwetware.org/wiki/User:Samiye_Yaman/Notebook/Lab_581/2013/01/30 )

  • 0.00479 g of R6G dissolved in 10 ml of ethanol(Concentration is 1mM). Take 10 micL and 9.99ml ethanol to make 1micM R6G.

1)0.5g of 22,000 + 6 ml water (A)

2)0.5 of 89,000-98,000 + 6 ml water (C)

3)0.5g of 130,000 + 9 ml of water (E)

4)0.5g of 146,000-186,000 + 9 ml of water (G)

  • add 6 micL of R6G in to no 1) and 2).
  • add 9 micL of R6G in to no 3) and 4).
