I started at the lowest when the bead looks white and increased the voltage of z-piezo in .020 volt increments which corresponds to .1 um/100nm. Segments 2, 3 & 6 look really symmetric in DOG, but for some reason seg.6 is less noisy. I should also remember that these are not averaged. I have discussed the parameters in the lower left of the slides and in the last three slides.
In the segment 12 the profile is little asymmetric in the lower half and also very noisy. This segment is taken when the trap is certainly 1.2um away (into the sample) from the lower surface of the bead.

==Power Spectrum Preliminary==
This is preliminary data. I started definitely 1.2um above the surface and keep going until 1.48um in .1um increments the average coroner frequency was around 250. For parameter details please see the slides.

Small Bead DOG

Today we did the DOG experiment with small beads (.5um). The experiment is performed over 0 to 1.2 um range of z-piezo. The results are in the presentation below.

Discussion

I started at the lowest when the bead looks white and increased the voltage of z-piezo in .020 volt increments which corresponds to .1 um/100nm. Segments 2, 3 & 6 look really symmetric in DOG, but for some reason seg.6 is less noisy. I should also remember that these are not averaged. I have discussed the parameters in the lower left of the slides and in the last three slides. In the segment 12 the profile is little asymmetric in the lower half and also very noisy. This segment is taken when the trap is certainly 1.2um away (into the sample) from the lower surface of the bead.

Power Spectrum Preliminary

This is preliminary data. I started definitely 1.2um above the surface and keep going until 1.48um in .1um increments the average coroner frequency was around 250. For parameter details please see the slides.
