Today I did a quick test for stiffness with 1 micron beads. The results are presented below. For the experiment I used water immersion objective (WIO) at .15 collar setting. I used 1.45 volts of FR power which gave me 45mW laser power. I used steer lens assembly to move trap in the z direction; I started at the lower surface (the first lens of steer assembly was at 11.23mm) and moved up in .50mm steps. The corner frequency was maximum around 12 to 14mm. Here 1mm (1000micron) of lens transformation corresponds to 1.5 microns of trap in z direction
