Na+/H+ Antiporters (hsNHEs, scNHX1)
- Currently testing some specifics of amiloride binding to S. cerevisiae NHX1.
Late Endosomal Trafficking and pH
Antimycotic drugs
- The mechanism of action of amiodarone, an antiarrhythmic agent used on patients since 1960s, is still largely unknown. Our lab is testing amiodarone against S. cerevisiae mutants for various purposes.
