Reaction of OPD+H2O2 in Acetonitrile Suspension with Mb/Citrate Catalyst

Going to continue the successful MeCN suspensions from yesterday. Even though the Mb/Tris catalyst gave the most consistent results, hopefully all of the buffers will have similar and consistent results.

9:30: The reaction was started and run for 140 minutes.

Data:

The reaction did not work as well as yesterday's suspension reaction. The data is skewed again, and the highest absorbance was at 100 minutes. After that, it decreased significantly.
