UV-Vis 20161012Sample PreparationDataThis figure displays the UV-Vis absorbance of our Fructose concentration 0.125 mM pH 4-12 solutions over a spectrum of wavelengths. pH 11 and 12 have the highest absorbance in the area of interest, however there is no distinct peak for either solution. This figure displays the UV-Vis absorbance of our Fructose 0.25 mM pH 4-12 solutions over a spectrum of wavelengths. pH 4, 11, and 12 have the highest absorbance in the area of interest. The absorbance obtained from pH 11 and 12 display potential peaks around 400 nm and 500 nm, respectively, however there is no distinct peak for the pH 4 solution.
