Objective
Description
1. 10 g Tryptone, 5 g yeast extract, 2 g glucose/L. 2. Filled to 1 L with H2O. 3. Autoclaved.
1. Tube 1: 0.5 mL BSA (30 μM), 0.5 mL HAuCl4 (4.17 mM), 9 mL H2O. 2. Left Tube 1 in oven set at 80 degrees celsius for 2 hours. 3. Tube 2: 0.5 mL BSA (30 μM), 1 mL HAuCl4 (4.17 mM), 8.5 mL H2O. 4. Left Tube 2 in oven set at 80 degrees celsius and removed every 30 minutes for 10 minutes over the course of 2 hours. Data
