  • 10am
  • cells are not as adherent as in density test --> use anyway
  • cell counts are a bit low and erratic (dead cells?)
  • proceed anyway --> shouldn't matter for actual sample preparation

AU-565 CNI-96well

  • 10am
  • cells look better than in 15cm dishes
  • into primary Ab over the weekend

  • cells look very good
