ObjectiveWe are taking UV and fluorescence data for the samples produced on January 31st and Feb 6. See researcher notebooks for more detail on individual samples. For the fluorescence, we are using the following setup: Emission spectra Excitation wavelength: 280nm Emission start: 400nm Emission stop: 700 Excitation slit width: 10nm Emission slit width: 10nm Scan Speed: 200nm/min We are also using a 400nm long pass filter from ThorLabs (product number: FGL400S) For the UV Vis data, we are using the following setup: Scan: 200nm to 800nm Scan speed: Medium Scan resolution: 1nm Description
DataThe above graph displays the absorbance of each of the quantum dot solutions synthesized on 1/31 and 2/6 as a function of the frequency of incident light (nm). The above graph displays the fluorescence of each of the quantum dot solutions synthesized on 1/31 and 2/6 as a function of the frequency of incident light (nm). The integration of "Fluorescence 150µL Zn (Nicole)" was 3056.2805 and the emission max was 47.749. The integration of "Fluorescence 176µL Zn (Nicole)" was 2178.50025 and the emission max was 37.062. NotesThis area is for any observations or conclusions that you would like to note.
