Day 8

  • Each 96 well plate represents a time point 0, 6, 24, 48 hours
  • DMSP mix added to each condition (0, 1, 2, 5, 10mM DMSP) plus water to make up remaining volume
  • 4 replicates of each condition on each 96 well plate
  • Time 0 and time 6 stained with methylene blue and absorbance read
