48 wells coated with 50µl gelatin (1%)and incubated for 1hour at 37oc on a 96 well plate
Trypsinised and resuspended cells
Counted 5µl cells + 5µl trypan blue in haemocytometer (average=17cells) x2 =34 x10,000 = 3.4x10^4 cells per ml
Set up serial dilutions of 16,000; 8,000; 4,000; 2,000; 1,000 cells in 96 well plate with 4 replicates of each
