Fluorescence Analysis of CaCl2-Dialyzed Lysozyme

  • The Fluorescence Spectrometer was used to analyze the dialyzed Lysozyme.
  • The instrument was set to an excitation wavelength of λ = 280 nm.
  • Emission spectra were collected in the range of λ = 300-550 nm.
