Dialysis of .125 g/L Lysozyme Against CaCl2A dialysis experiment was prepared using 3500 MWCO Dialysis Tubing. Samples of .125 g/L were placed in the wells of one side of the dialysis chamber. These samples were dialyzed against solutions of CaCl2 of the following concentrations:
The dialysis chamber was sealed and placed on an orbital shaker at room temperature for 24 hours. Analysis to be done laterBeginning tomorrow - after the dialysis of Lysozyme against CaCl2 - the following types of analysis will be done on the samples removed from the dialysis chamber.
