Added 250 mL acetone to TiO<sub>2</sub>. Sonicated from 9:25 am to 9:40 am at 23°C to 27°C. Added ABS and sonicated from 9:40 am at 23°C to 4:20 pm at 43°C. When the solution was put into the pan small ABS specks were noticed. Heated the pan at 80°C from 4:20 pm to 7:00 pm. | |||
This TiO<sub>2</sub> is white and not tan like the previous TiO<sub>2</sub> from the summer. TiO<sub>2</sub> from the summer was < 100 nm large and contained 1% Mn as dopant. TiO<sub>2</sub> for this fall is 21 nm large and does not have Mn as a dopant. | |||
