Learn how to maintain an OpenWetWare Notebook.
I was looking at the UVVis data for HRP AuNPs today. I noticed that the student run data didn't qualitatively match with what the solutions looked like. The students all centrifuged their samples (30 min max speed) before taking their data (both AA and UV Vis). I wanted to take AA and UV Vis data for uncentrifuged samples. I also took data of centrifuged samples (with the remaining sample after AA).

Objective

I was looking at the UVVis data for HRP AuNPs today. I noticed that the student run data didn't qualitatively match with what the solutions looked like. The students all centrifuged their samples (30 min max speed) before taking their data (both AA and UV Vis). I wanted to take AA and UV Vis data for uncentrifuged samples. I also took data of centrifuged samples (with the remaining sample after AA).
