Transforming...


  • Today, I performed a transformation of the following parts and plated them according to their respective resistance:


1. Plasmid pBSIIK(+/-) with wt luciferase in Ampicilin.

2. Plasmid pSB1C3 a.k.a. p17 with wt luciferase in Chloramphenicol.

3. Plasmid pBSIIK(+/-) with mutated luciferase in Ampicilin.

4. Plasmid pSB1C3 a.k.a. p17 with mutated luciferase in Chloramphenicol.


  • Plates were incubated ON at 37°C.
