Extracts assayed for protein content (total volume 50 µL):

#2 - 1.64 µg/µL
#3 - 1.64 µg/µL
#4 - 1.58 µg/µL
#5 - 1.48 µg/µL

Samples run on 10% BisTris/MOPS in 15µL (markers: 5µ SeeBlue + 1µ MagicM in 15µ LBuffer). Better use 10µ total for the markers due to possibility of spilling.
