protein extract fractionation (cont)

Bill used 

* pool #1 (480µmg/800mL): 740/2=370µL = 222 µg of protein went into IEF.
* pool #1 (419µg/579µL): 500µL = 362 µg of protein went into IEF.

mouse cortical extract

I cut RL96a (het, p156) into 200µm and punched out 249 punches of cortex. Then boiling RIPA was added in volume of 1.5mL (to get theoretical 1mg/mL at 6µg/punch). The inhibitors were added to hot RIPA.
