FCS Sample Prep

  • Green fluorescent beads
    • 10000x diluted
    • Run three times, 90s each
    • Used to properly align laser
    • Vortexed before running
  • DNA/MB
    • 600pM DNA/500pM MB
    • 600pM DNA/400pM MB
    • 600pM DNA/300pM MB
    • 600pM DNA/200pM MB
    • 600pM DNA/100pM MB
    • Run three times, 500s each
    • All samples heated to ~70°C for 25min, cooled for at least 20min, and vortexed before running
