Solutions were heated at approximately 70°C for 25 minutes

  • Hybridize:DNA and ZnPPIX solutions using same method as ThT

v=3.29μL of 265.6μM 8 Strand DNA in 246.71μL TRIS buffer solution
combined with 250μL 5μM ZnPPIX, solution is heated for hybridization

  2. 3.0μM 4 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
