• Re-hybridize:

1. 2.5μM 4 Strand DNA with 3.5μM ThT
2. 2.0μM 4 Strand DNA with 3.5μM ThT
3. 2.5μM 8 Strand DNA with 3.5μM ThT

Solutions were heated at approximately 70°C for 25 minutes

• Hybridize:DNA and ZnPPIX solutions using same method as ThT

example: (265.6μM 8 Strand DNA)(v)=(3.5μM 8 Strand DNA)(250μL)
v=3.29μL of 265.6μM 8 Strand DNA in 246.71μL TRIS buffer solution
combined with 250μL 5μM ZnPPIX, solution is heated for hybridization

1. 3.5μM 4 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
2. 3.0μM 4 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
3. 2.5μM 4 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
4. 2.0μM 4 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
5. 1.5μM 4 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
6. 3.5μM 8 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
7. 3.0μM 8 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
8. 2.5μM 8 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
9. 2.0μM 8 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX
10. 1.5μM 8 Strand DNA with 5μM ZnPPIX

Solutions were heated at approximately 70°C for 25 minutes
