example: (265.6μM 8 Strand DNA)(v)=(3.5μM 8 Strand DNA)(250μL) v=3.29μL of 265.6μM 8 Strand DNA in 246.71μL TRIS buffer solution combined with 250μL 5μM ZnPPIX, solution is heated for hybridization
