3D Printing

  • Polylactic acid (PLA) scaffold was printed on the Makerbot Replicator2, a desktop 3D printer
  • Two types of scaffolds were printed
    1. 6 Rectangular scaffolds for the regular nanofiber and polydopamine techniques
    2. 9 Cube scaffolds, 3 of which will be assembled, for the "brute force" technique
