Objective

Make four samples of HRP-AuNPs.

Description

Au:HRP Ratios (with corresponding concentrations and volumes to make 10mL)

  • 30:1 - 0.25mM:8.33uM - 850uL:5.11mL, diluted up to 10mL with distilled water in a volumetric flask
  • 60:1 - 0.25mM:4.17uM - 850uL:2.56mL, diluted up to 10mL with distilled water in a volumetric flask
  • 90:1 - 0.25mM:2.78uM - 850uL:1.71mL, diluted up to 10mL with distilled water in a volumetric flask
  • 120:1 - 0.25mM:2.08uM - 850uL:1.28mL, diluted up to 10mL with distilled water in a volumetric flask

Leave samples in 80C oven for three hours.
