Objective

Observe and measure ADA turnover kinetics without an inhibitor present, for comparison with ADA-AuNPs turnover.

Description

  1. Make 3mL 40uM ADA solution made with 50mM pH 7.4 phosphate buffer
  2. Measure enzymes kinetics in Dr Harting's lab
