Current position
I am a shared postdoc in the groups of Jörg Vogel and Cynthia Sharma at the Institute for Molecular Infection Biology (IMIB) in Würzburg.
Education
- 2004 - 2008: PhD in the Group of Peer Bork, Structural and Computational Biology, EMBL, Heidelberg Germany
- 2004: Degree in Biochemistry (+ Computer Science), University of Greifswald, Germany
Research interests
Bioinformatics/Computational biology currently with a focus on RNA-Seq analysis and Transcriptomics.
