Objective

  • BSA +DYE second batch
    • make concentration curve on fluorescence, fluorescence the new sample and record data compare with data on february 21. Hopefully, it is similar.
  • BSA + DYE + GOLD 1st batch
    • take uv to find the concentration of dye in the bsa + gold
  • BSA 2.77ml to 10ml of buffer
    • UV was taken to see how much it affects reading
