I am Kirtan Dave ,presently working as Project assistant at Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute CSMCRI]under Discipline of Marine Biotechnology and Ecology.In past i worked as Bioinformatician at Total Potential Cell (p) Ltd.I am also associated with a Marine Biotech project at GSBTM]. My previous research include ,SubCellLoc:Predicting sub-cellular localization of human proteins using Support Vector Machine,databases development for cancer genes using Perl-cgi.I am work as Group director of 1)Computational Biology 2)SYSTEMS & SYNTHETIC BIOLOGY and 3)Molecular, BioInformatics, n' Network Sciences .I am also the involved as Project Assistant at SysBorgTB – OSDD [1] project.
