# Analyze reaction mixture from previous day

Objective

  1. Analyze reaction mixture from previous day

Description

  1. The oxidation reaction that ran the previous was filtered then dissolved in ethyl acetate to separate the nanoparticles from the products.
    • The mixture was centrifuged for 2 minutes to recover the nanoparticles
  2. After centrifuging, the mixture was transferred to a 20 mL sample vial
  3. 10 drops of the solution was dried on a watch glass
  4. After drying, CDCl3 was added to the watch glass and the solution was transferred to a NMR tube for proton analysis
