1. Extract Dialyzed 30:1 Colloid Solutions against CaCl2 that were dialyzed on October 21,2014

2. 2. Bradford Analysis of Extracted Colloid Solutions

  • 100 μL sample
  • 200 μL Bradford Reagent diluted (1:3)
  • 700 μL 50 mM Tris/ 50 mM NaCl buffer
  • Run UV-Vis between 400 nm and 800 nm
