To harvest cells grown on 2013/02/13 and store pellet in -80°C freezer for future use.

Cells were taken off the orbital shaker and were centrifuged at 4700rpm, at 4°C, for 30 minutes.
The supernatent was poured out, leaving the pellet alone.
The pellet was placed in -80°C freezer.
